✅ Buyout Requirements
→ the video must be safe content
(no violation of laws, copyrights, hate speech, sexual or extremist content)
→ original creation
(the creator must own all rights to the video and all used elements)
→ minimum Full HD (1080p)
→ appropriate technical quality (image, audio, editing)
→ thematically suitable for KumpanPLAY content
🔒 Video Rights
By submitting a video for buyout, the creator agrees that upon approval and payment:
→ KumpanPLAY acquires all economic and usage rights to the video
→ the video may not be published, sold, or used elsewhere
→ KumpanPLAY holds exclusive rights to edit, distribute, and monetize the video
→ the video may be published without crediting the creator
→ the creator waives any claim to future compensation
→ in case of a breach, KumpanPLAY reserves the right to take appropriate legal action
