Collaboration with Mod Creators
If you create your own mods, maps, or game-related content, we offer two collaboration options.
🔁 Mediated Sale
In this option, you remain the creator of the content, and the mod is sold through KumpanPLAY.
Requirements
– Active At the Table subscription (or higher)
– The mod must be approved by KumpanPLAY
How it works
1. You fill out the form
2. We review and approve the mod
3. We list it in our shop
4. We handle distribution
Revenue split
70% creator
30% KumpanPLAY
💼 Mod Buyout
In the case of a buyout, the mod is sold to KumpanPLAY as a one-time transaction.
How it works
1. You submit a buyout request
2. You provide:
– the game the mod is made for
– a description of the mod
– your proposed price
3. We contact you to finalize the collaboration details
Content Rights
By selling the mod, the creator agrees that:
– KumpanPLAY obtains exclusive rights to use, modify, sell, and distribute the mod
– The mod must not be offered, shared, or distributed elsewhere after the buyout (free or paid)
– The creator confirms they are the original author and that the content does not infringe third-party rights
Compensation
– One-time payment
– Payout is made via PayPal
ℹ️ Important
– Buyouts are not guaranteed
– Each request is reviewed individually
– KumpanPLAY reserves the right to reject a request or propose a different form of collaboration
⚠️ Breach of Terms
In the event of a breach of these terms (especially unauthorized distribution, resale, or violation of exclusivity), KumpanPLAY reserves the right to:
– immediately terminate the collaboration
– remove the content from the offer
– claim a contractual penalty or compensation for damages
– take further legal action in accordance with applicable laws
